NAMI HelpLine Continuing Education

Course Description

NAMI HelpLine Training lays a solid foundation for NAMI volunteers and staff. The purpose of this training is to provide you with an informational baseline for the concerns presented and resources needed by help seekersWe don’t expect you to memorize all of it!, but we do hope to expose you to crucial information and resources that will enable you to quickly assess and address a help seeker’s needs. If you carefully and thoroughly review all training courses, learning asset materials, successfully complete the HelpLine Specialist Test, and role play training, we are confident you will be ready to field almost any “ASK” posed to you on the HelpLine. Happy learning!

This course is setup so learners can jump anywhere in the track. You do not have to complete prior material in order to access certain material.
