The Executive Director Onboarding Phase 1: First Steps, is a self-paced course that will provide support to Executive Directors within the first few months in their new role at NAMI. Based on the “Executive Director Onboarding Roadmap” this engaging course is designed to supplement any onboarding plan provided by your organization. This is the first of two courses that will help guide you to success as a NAMI Executive Director.
Materials mentioned throughout the course can be found on the “Materials” tab. This is a self-paced course that saves your progress.
After 3 months in your role we recommend moving onto the second course “Executive Director Onboarding: Leading the Charge” for a comprehensive learning experience.
