The Executive Director On-Boarding course, is a series of self-paced courses that will provide support to Executive Directors within the first week, first month, first 90 days, first half year, and first year in their new role at NAMI. The course is designed to supplement any onboarding plan provided by our organization.
The goal of this course is to help guide you as you begin your journey as an Executive Director and so that you are supported and empowered in your work and prepared for what lies ahead. Whether you are a new or seasoned ED, we hope you will find something useful in this course and accompanying resources.
If you are a new National State Organization Executive Director, we encourage you to review this course, and the rest of the resources, in partnership with your NAMI Field Capacity Building Point of Contact. They are here to support you as you begin your journey with NAMI. New NAMI Affiliate Executive Directors are encouraged to review this course with their National State Organization.
